Its predecessor is Baotou Fine Gelatin Company which was a state-owned enterprise established in 1960. The registered capital of the company is 520 million yuan, total assets reach 1.3 billion yuan. The company became a listed company in SHENZHEN STOCK EXCHANGE in July 2011, which is the first GEM listed private enterprise from Inner Mongolia, and also the first A-share private enterprises from Baotou City.

Our main products are gelatin, hydrolyzed collagen and dicalcium phosphate. The annual output for gelatin is 13500MT, and collagen is 3000MT. In 2010, small molecular weight of collagen entered market successfully, which can be absorbed by body easily. The quality reaches international level, and the technology has won Chinese patent for invention(Patent No. ZL 2009 1 0241882.X).
